2017 Sanction Process



  1. Click here to read and sign the "2017 USTA/PNW Tournament Sanction Agreement Form." (****Survey Monkey is working again, thanks for your patience****)
  2. Carefully read through all the information listed below.
  3. Submit a sanction form through Tennislink for every tournament you want to be approved. When naming your tournament we suggest you use the following format in order to make it easy for everyone to know the details of the touranment.  "Facility name/level," Joes Facility Entry Tournament.  You need Tennislink admin access to be able to fill out a sanction form online.  If you don't have TD access email tcorvino@pnw.usta.com
  4. Click here to review a list of all the pending tournaments for 2017.
    1. If there is a tournament already pending on the date that you want, then you are free to contact the facility and discuss it with them.  We will be using the criteria outlined in the "2017 USTA/PNW Tournament Sanction Agreement Form" to approve tournaments.
    2. The list of pending tournaments will be updated every Monday and Thursday until the deadline.  Please check back regularly to see what is pending.
  5. Click here and check out Non-Elimination Formats to run your tournaments.  These include 1/2 day tournament formats.  See how you could be creative.  


  1. Sign and submit the "2017 USTA/PNW Tournament Sanction Agreement Form" by October 23, 2016.
  2. Submit sanction form through Tennislink for each tournament by October 23, 2016.
  3. Pending tournaments submitted by October 23, 2016 will be eavluated by November 4, 2016.  
  4. All tournaments submitted after October 23, 2016 will be evaluated on a case by case basis in compliance with our "2017 USTA/PNW Tournament Sanction Agreement Form."

Level 4 Jr Tournaments

We are currently looking for facilities that want to host a level 4 tournament in 2017.  The following dates are when we are looking for facilities to host a level 4 tournament. These are possible dates for level 4's.

If you are interested in hosting a level 4 tournament in 2017, please fill out a tournament sanction form on Tennislink and we will use the below criteria in making selections. 

Selection Criteria

  • Geographic location.
  • Number of courts.  6 indoor courts per gender minimum required.
  • A variety of dates.
  • All other criteria as listed in the "2017 USTA/PNW Tournament Sanction Agreement Form."

Discount Code Instructions - This document explains the details of how to offer discount codes for you players. Examples may include early bird registration or a cheaper amount for the first "X" players. Be careful though! This will affect your revenue and if there are any errors, you may not receive as much as you thought. Adam and Trenton are both available to help make sure this feature is used correctly.
